Quotes
According to Oxford Dictionary, quotes is defined as

It often empower and encourage people. Some of them teaches how life is going and what life is. Good quotes are great gifts for people in graduation.
In Many Languages
I think it is quite thoughtful to give that gift, especially in several languages. Since I can read several languages, I looked for some quotes. I cannot find many quotes when I looked in Japanese, but it was easy to find good examples when I googled in English. I felt the power of English.
So great key words to look for was “quotes in XX (Language) for graduation.” I put some links I referred today. Russian and Spanish.
Several Examples
I like reading those quotes. I will paste some quotes I found today.

It means How slow you are is not a problem but do not stop. The phrase comes from Confucian. I like the mixture of Chinese and Russian.

In English, it translates like this: “You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.”
